Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team! This position that offers the opportunity to work with high net worth clients and complex partnerships. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax planning and compliance services to high net worth worth clients
- Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff and senior associates
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and mentor staff and senior associates
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations and communicate changes to clients and team members
- Assist with business development and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA
- 5+ years of experience in tax with a focus on high net worth and flowthrough entities.
- Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
